The narrative that sold the panty dropper loft.

Different is the new black

My husband owns a loft in Denver and he decided to sell it. Since I don’t have a real estate license in Colorado and is a seller’s market we decided to do a For Sale By Owner (FSBO).

I took all the steps my real estate expertise and proven methods I could remember to fight the fact that my husband wanted to test the market overpricing the property.

The loft was advertised with professional pictures and video walkthrough   in all real estate websites Zillow, Trulia, Homes, Realtor, Denver MLS and Social Media; we did an Open House and called all the Realtor, friends and family to spread the word.

Then, 2 weeks later finally my husband decided to price it right and we had showings, and everybody was in love with the property but no offers. I decided to take an approach to the situation. Craig’s List.

My first language is Spanish, in English I’m not the best writer however my background is journalism and Marketing and what you’ll see next is pure story-telling and viral content.

Calling all singles!! This is a Panty/Underwear Dropper...

Picture this:
You live close to the football stadium (On game day you can hear the crowd) and you can bike to downtown and be there in approximately 5 minutes but you won't need that because your bachelor pad is all you need.

Invite him/her to you personal property, the building is cool because it is an old -Very old from 1890's- Church that was converted using modern design, then open the door to partially exposed brick, true hardwood floors, open concept living room, kitchen with tall cabinets and dining area.
The lighting can be adjusted to be very romantic or very bright and concrete ledge has string lighting underneath.

The Massive master bedroom has barn doors to give you the needed privacy, walk-in closet, Juliette balcony and floating cabinetry. You'll show the area when offering the master bathroom.

After a glass of wine or beer you'll get your date to the 2nd floor where the loft area is -We'll get back to this area in a bit- and then to your own and private deck, you'll showcase the awesome city views and maybe grill some food, maybe light some wood in the outdoor fireplace.

Once he/she sees how awesome your place is, and how awesome you are there's a pretty good chance you'll get lucky. That's the panty dropper effect of this property!

Note: This loft worked for my husband (when he was single) who is an original owner for the property since 2005.
PS: I met him in another state so this story does not apply to me (wife).
